Although KM doesn't note this date as rare, it is clear this is a very rare date given that this is the only example in the NGC census and with none certified by PCGS. Well circulated with a few light surface marks, even dark gray toning. Pedigreed to the John O'Brien Collection (stated on label), with his tag.
